This lovely dress has front pleats and buttons all the way down the front. The sleeves are short with turned back cuffs. Dress has a flared skirt and comes with short back ties. The dress has a stand-up shirt collar, but can be made with a plain collar (NC), Venice lace collar (WC or EC), or a square peter pan collar (RC).
