This lovely skirt has 5-tiers with a ruffle between each tier giving it a feminine touch.  It has an elastic waistband.  This skirt can be made from 1-3 fabrics.  Please specify the fabric selection for each tier when using more than one fabric.  Fabric surcharges DO apply to this skirt.   See sizing charts for measurements and standard skirt lengths.
