Our little girl's love this dress. It has a high waist bodice, a three tier skirt, and shoulder straps that tie into an adjustable knot. Dress is to be worn with Abby's Dress or a blouse/top. Dress can be made from one to four fabrics. Please specify fabrics for bodice, shoulder straps, top tier, middle tier, and bottom tier in the message area below. Choose from any of our fabrics.
