This sweet little girls dress can be worn alone or as an underdress for Emma’s dress. It has elastic around the neckline and middle waistline. Sleeves are 3/4 length and have a double elastic ruffle. A bottom ruffle finishes the dress. This ruffle shows when wearing Emma’s Dress. Choose from any of our fabrics.
