Sizing

All of our garments use the following charts. Measurements in the charts are the body measurments NOT the garment measurements.  To insure the best fit please take the following measurements. Measurements are most accurate when someone else takes them for you.

  • Bust - Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape straight across your back.
  • Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waist - the natural waistline.
  • Hips - Measure around fullest part of your hips.
  • Waist Length - Measure from the center shoulder down the front to the natural waistline.

    Now find your measurements on our sizing chart. For dresses, jumpers, blouses, vests, nightgowns, and aprons, use the bust measurement. For skirts, culottes, and bloomers, use the waist and hip measurments.

    The size charts show the finished dress length of our dresses, jumpers, and skirts. The dress length is the measurement from the center shoulder to hem of skirt. All our garments are custom-made after we receive your order. Therefore, we can alter the length and waist lengths upon request. We will try to honor any additional requests you may have. Please add $2 per request."

    All our dresses and jumpers are long, full, and roomy in the bodice.

    All of our garments are NOT prewashed, so please allow a little shrinkage on all 100% cotton fabrics - approximately 1" per every 36".
