ORDERING INFORMATION

Please Note: If you are using a credit card through PayPal, please remember to click the button to return to the website, or your order will not go through.
 
  • To Order by Mail: Use the Printable Order Form, and include payment with your order. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed to open and print it.
     
 
  • To Order by Email: You can email us for modest apparel at sewing@worksoftheheart.com. Please include all information requested as per order.
     
  • To Order by Phone: Call us at (512) 244-3277. Phone hours are Mon-Sat 1pm-7pm CST. For special requests, ordering by phone is your best option.
     
  • Payment Methods: We accept check, money order, or VISA/Master Card/ Discover Card. No cash through the mail please.
     
  • Ordering Processing: When ordering, please provide all information on the order form. Payment must be received before order can be shipped.
     
  • Shipping Information

    Shipment of most packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. All other packages (large orders) will be shipped by UPS ground within the contiguous 48 States if a street address is provided. Packages can be insured for an additional charge based on postal carrier. Please call in your order if you need insurance so that we can give you this additional charge. Please allow 4-6 weeks lead time from order placement to order received. If rush order is desired please add 10% of total to order and specify date needed in comment section of order form.

          $0 - $30 order, $7.00 shipping
          $31-$80 order, $9.00 shipping
          $81-$150 order, $12.00 shipping
          $151-$175 order, $15.00 shipping
          $176+ order, $20 shipping
          $400 + orders will receive FREE shipping when paid by check or money order.

    Quality
    All of our garments are sewn with the utmost care. Seams are all finished with an overlock serger. Our fabrics are chosen from the best quality fabrics available. All garments are individually inspected prior to shipping. We would appreciate any feedback regarding garment styles and fabric selection or any other suggestions you may have.

    Guarantee
    Your garments are custom made for you after we receive your order. Our garments are 100% guaranteed if there was an error on our part. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for credit or alteration within 30 days. If you wish to exchange an item, there will be a 20% charge to make the new item and additional shipping charge. If you need to return an item for alterations, please accept a minimal fee for our time and cost in the alteration and additional shipping charges. If you need to return an item, we will refund 70% of the original price, less shipping and handling. Please call for a return authorization. If a garment is special ordered, it is nonrefundable.
